How to Give Customers Access

When you complete a job and attach a certificate:

1. The certificate is automatically visible in the customer's portal
2. They can view and download it as a PDF
3. They can share it with their insurer, landlord, or letting agent

Reminders for Renewals

If a certificate has an expiry date (e.g. annual gas service), TradesmanExperts can automatically remind the customer when it's due for renewal.
