Quote creation and management

Create a Quote

  1. Go to Quotes in the menu
  2. Click + New Quote
  3. Select the customer
  4. Add line items (labour, parts, materials)
  5. Apply VAT if required
  6. Set an expiry date
  7. Click Send Quote

Customer Acceptance

The customer receives an email with a link to view and accept the quote online. Once accepted, the quote can be converted to a job automatically.

Quote Status

  • Draft — Not yet sent
  • Sent — Awaiting customer response
  • Accepted — Customer confirmed
  • Declined — Customer rejected
