Creating and Sending Quotes

Create a Quote
- Go to Quotes in the menu
- Click + New Quote
- Select the customer
- Add line items (labour, parts, materials)
- Apply VAT if required
- Set an expiry date
- Click Send Quote
Customer Acceptance
The customer receives an email with a link to view and accept the quote online. Once accepted, the quote can be converted to a job automatically.
Quote Status
- Draft — Not yet sent
- Sent — Awaiting customer response
- Accepted — Customer confirmed
- Declined — Customer rejected
