Creating Your First Job

New job creation form

Steps

  1. Navigate to Jobs in the main menu
  2. Click + New Job
  3. Fill in the customer details or select an existing customer
  4. Add a property address
  5. Enter the job description
  6. Set a priority (Low / Normal / High / Urgent)
  7. Click Save

What happens next?

Your job will appear as Draft until you schedule it. Head to the Scheduling section to assign an engineer.
