How to Collect a Signature

1. Complete the job checklist
2. Tap Request Signature
3. Hand the phone or tablet to the customer
4. Customer signs with their finger
5. Tap Confirm Signature

The signature is saved to the job record and included in the invoice PDF.

What if the Customer is Not Present?

Mark the job as complete without a signature and add a note explaining the circumstances. The office team can follow up.
