Adding Notes and Photos

Job Notes

Add notes to a job at any time:

1. Open the job
2. Tap Add Note
3. Type your note and tap Save

Notes are visible to office staff in real time.

Photos

1. Open the job
2. Tap the Camera icon
3. Take a photo or select from your gallery
4. Add a caption (optional)
5. Tap Upload

Photos are stored securely and attached to the job record. Use photos to document: before/after work, parts used, any issues found.
