Creating an Agreement

1. Go to Maintenance > Agreements
2. Click + New Agreement
3. Select the customer and property
4. Define the scope of work
5. Set the pricing and billing frequency
6. Add the included services
7. Set the start/end dates

How it Works

When an agreement is active, TradesmanExperts automatically schedules the maintenance visits and generates invoices according to the agreed schedule.
